Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
Change Management
β’ Drive the transition of legacy operating models from silo-based environments to collaborative, group-based structures (e.g., implementing the KovsieX Squad model). Oversee the human-centric change management process, ensuring staff and student volunteers successfully adapt to new peer-accountability frameworks, rotational roles, and shared resource protocols.
β’ Foster a healthy organisational climate among staff and student volunteers through effective human resource practices, conflict resolution, and structured performance frameworks.
Student Experience and event executionΒ
β’ Manage the logistics, risk management, and execution of physical student experience initiatives, bridging academic and co-curricular spaces.
