Ferrum College, an NCAA Division II institution and member Conference Carolinas, is looking for its next Head Softball Coach.

This is a full-time, 12-month position.

•   The Head Softball Coach will evaluate, recruit, coach and mentor qualified student-athletes that will compete at a high level in the classroom and build a championship culture on the field.


• The successful candidate will oversee the organization of all team practices, games and budgets.
• This individual will put together a comprehensive recruitment plan for the softball staff and will ensure a culture of compliance within all NCAA Division II, Conference Carolinas and Ferrum College rules and regulations, and ensure all coaches and student-athletes comply with the same.
