The Head, Service Delivery is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of customer projects and service implementation across IX Telecom. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements and company standards. The role also oversees service transition, cross-functional coordination, customer communication, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

• Develop and drive service delivery strategies aligned with IX Telecom’s business goals and customer commitments.
