Job Description
The Head, Service Delivery is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of customer projects and service implementation across IX Telecom. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements and company standards. The role also oversees service transition, cross-functional coordination, customer communication, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery Leadership
- Lead and manage the Service Delivery function to ensure efficient execution of all customer implementation and delivery activities.
- Develop and drive service delivery strategies aligned with IX Telecomβs business goals and customer commitments.
- Ensure all projects and service rollouts are delivered with high quality and within agreed timelines.
