Job Summary:
We are hiring a Head – Plant Engineering for a new batch dipping plant for rubber gloves in Noida. The role requires strong mechanical engineering knowledge and deep technical understanding of automated batch dipping machines, tank circulation systems, and related process equipment used in glove manufacturing or similar process industries.
This is primarily a technical plant engineering role , focused on supporting the conceptualization, design, technical evaluation, selection, installation, and improvement of custom batch dipping machines and other process equipment. The candidate should be able to work closely with management and SPM companies to translate process requirements into technically suitable machine designs and equipment purchase decisions.
