The group operates three distinct concepts: a Greek restaurant, a premium steakhouse, and an Italian eatery – each reflecting a diverse culinary identity and high standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma in Patisserie or equivalent professional certification
• 5-7+ years’ pastry experience in fine‑dining or premium casual restaurants
