Core Responsibilities

The Head of Benefits and Wellbeing is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the employee benefits and wellbeing programs at the LEGO Group in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, covering both salaried, hourly and LEGO Brand Retail employees.

This role focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement by providing competitive and innovative benefit packages and manage local wellbeing initiatives.
