Role Overview

The 2 IC / Assistant to the Head of Trading is a senior operational and analytical role. This individual acts as a right-hand to the Head of Trading, ensuring operational continuity, process innovation, and high-quality risk and trading management oversight. The 2 IC will cover key duties in the Head of Trading’s absence, drive execution of trading strategies, and help manage team workflow and training.
