We are seeking an experienced Head of Tender Management (m/f/d) for our Sevilla location. In this key role, you will manage end‑to‑end tendering and proposal processes, ensuring bids are strategically sound, financially robust, internally approved, and prepared at high quality in a customer‑ready manner.

Responsibilities

• Systematic screening of all incoming tenders
• Assessment of strategic fit, market attractiveness, risks, and probability of success
• Analysis of political, regulatory, and financial framework conditions
• Overall coordination of the complete tender process from launch to submission
• Management of schedules, milestones, responsibilities, and document flows
