Job Description

Your tasks

  • Management of the team Loan Management Northern Europe in accordance with pbb's leadership principles

  • Ensuring customer-oriented support for the sales units and customer-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensuring risk and process compliance of credit decisions and documentation as well as other processes in cooperation with Credit Risk Management and the sales units

  • Actively monitoring daily workflows and ensuring individual and team performance 
    Supporting team members with complex or challenging enquiries and independently processing cases

  • Actively supporting the analysis and piloting of optimisation measures in end-to-end processes and assisting employees in adapting to new systems and digital tools
