Seeking for a seasoned Head of Strategic Initiatives, to spearhead the Group Retail’s agenda by translating enterprise strategy into executable initiatives, with a strong focus on financial performance optimization such as balance sheet efficiency, and productivity drivers .
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Retail Banking, Finance, Treasury, Global Markets, and Strategy to enhance financial performance, optimize capital and balance sheet usage, and ensure coherent, high-impact strategy communication across the retail organization.
