What You'll Do

• Own and improve core people and business operations
• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives
• Drive company-wide planning, goal tracking, and internal communications
• Coordinate leadership meetings and ensure follow-through on priorities
• Build and document scalable processes across teams
