This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who leads from the floor — polished, confident, and naturally guest‐focused. Reporting directly to the Interior Manager, you’ll oversee all service operations onboard, mentor and manage the service team, and work closely with senior crew and HODs to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations.

The owner, an American gentleman in his 80s, travels with a large extended family as well as friends and business associates, so the ability to adapt service style across both relaxed family trips and high‑level corporate entertaining is essential.

The program runs at a fast pace, with guest trips often back‑to‑back hosting 12–16 guests at a time across around 18–22 operational weeks per year. The yacht also has a strong history of unique itineraries including Alaska, Canada, Norway, Costa Rica, and Mexic...
