About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director of Accounting and Reporting to lead the preparation and filing of all external financial documents, including SEC filings, and to provide US GAAP technical accounting guidance for the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the consolidated financial statements, monthly accounting close, financial consolidation and reporting, and ensuring SOX compliance and internal controls.
