Summary:
• Set up, manage and develop trading activities (API material and finished medicines)

Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze market information; put forward recommendations on:
- Marketing and sales strategy
- Annual distribution plan
• Implement the business plan in line with the company’s yearly targets.
• Establish and execute company’s business policy.
• Responsible for all sales activities with BOM and other government agencies.
• Ensure sales activities are in line with company’s policies and Vietnam Law.
• Develop company’s brand.
• Set up and develop customer service activities.
• Responsible for recruitment and training activities for sales team following yearly targets.
• Approve sales team’s business plan.
• Establish, develop and control retailers.
• Handle customer’s complains
