Arbeat is looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead institutional business origination across our future OTC and Exchange growth activities.

This is a revenue-first role for someone with a strong existing network across institutional, HNWI, family office, brokerage, corporate treasury, fintech, and digital asset channels.

The ideal candidate can open senior relationships, originate qualified opportunities, build trust with high-value clients, and help shape Arbeat’s commercial growth from an early stage.

Responsibilities

Commercial Growth & Revenue Origination

• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across OTC and Exchange activities
• Originate and manage relationships with HNWIs, family offices, institutional investors, brokers, corporate treasuries, and funds
• Build qualified OTC and Exchange opportunities across the UAE, GCC, and international markets
