Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitor benchmarking within the assigned region to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and expand the local distribution network by effectively integrating internal and external resources, including government relations and dealer partnerships.
- Establish, monitor, and reinforce annual/monthly sales targets; design and implement localized marketing strategies and business policies to enhance channel effectiveness across key metrics such as sales volume, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee supply chain operations and monitor dealer performance while supporting brand development and service excellence to ensure overall business health.
