Job Description
Transform sales strategy into scalable growth with STAN as the Head of Sales. Lead from the front, manage key accounts, and shape the sales organization for AI solutions in property management.
As STAN's first senior sales hire, you will blend a coaching role with high-level account management. Your expertise in building relationships and leveraging data will be pivotal as you set the sales strategy and aim to dominate the HOA and multifamily markets. With ownership of significant revenue targets, this role is highly impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define the comprehensive sales process and playbooks
• Own and manage high-value Tier 1 accounts
• Recruit and coach Account Executives and SDRs
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasts
• Translate customer insights into product feedback
