We are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented Head of Sales Air Freight Business Developmen t with a strong hunter sales mentality to lead aggressive market expansion and revenue growth within the air freight division.

Key Responsibilites:

• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to achieve ambitious air freight revenue targets.
• Identify prospect and close new clients through cold calling networking industry events and strategic outreach.
• Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
• Focus heavily on new account acquisition (hunter profile) rather than account maintenance.
