Role Summary:
The Head of Retail Media & Performance Advertising will build, scale, and lead a high-growth Retail Media business unit within a membership-based retail and e-commerce organization.
This role carries full P&L accountability and is responsible for transforming first‑party customer data into a monetizable advertising platform that enables brand partners and marketplace sellers to reach a highly engaged member base through data‑driven, measurable media solutions.
The role operates as a business unit leader — defining strategy, commercial frameworks, ad product development, campaign delivery, and measurement infrastructure — while collaborating cross‑functionally across Commercial, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams.
This is both a strategic and operational leadership role with revenue ownership.
