About the job Head of Reporting & Taxation

Requirements:

• MinimumQualification: Chartered Accountant (Qualified)
• Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all statutory, management, and regulatory reporting for the country, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local GAAP/IFRS.
• Drive strategic and reporting processes including simplification and standardization, analysing business performance (P&L and OWC numbers), identifying gaps, risk & opportunities, highlighting areas for improvement and constructively challenging business performance to support high profitable growth in the areas.
• Maintain financial controls by reviewing Balance Sheet reconciliations, audit issue closures, adherence of policies and SOPs and leading internal control improvement initiatives to promote controlled driven complaint culture.
