Manufacturing and Production Processes Support the scalability of manufacturing to order for +/- 200 countries while providing strategic direction. Implement and maintain where necessary a best-in-class manufacturing and production operation. Establish and roll out a plan to ensure all operators are cross functional capable. Strategically contribute to the improvement of plant availability and productivity. Lead and contribute to projects identification, development and implementation.
