Kingfisher is a leading home‑improvement company operating 8 countries in Europe with well‑known retail banners such as B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama, Brico Dépôt, TradePoint and Koçtaş. We are building a unified Retail Media product that delivers value for customers, vendors and banner partners while supporting our long‑term growth ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Group Retail Media product vision, strategy, roadmap and investment priorities.
• Lead the delivery of scalable and reusable retail media capabilities across all Kingfisher banners.
• Drive prioritisation across the retail media portfolio, balancing local market needs with group‑wide objectives.
• Ensure products are commercially viable, technically robust and operationally scalable.
• Build and develop high‑performing product teams, creating clear goals and accountability.
