Job Summary
The Head of Prism Operations leads a distributed, technically sophisticated team responsible for delivering Clearwater’s Prism product to clients. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of client reporting, data engineering, and people management. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous, fast-evolving product environments, brings hands-on technical depth in data pipelines and client reporting, and has a proven track record of leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams. This person will own client escalations, drive delivery excellence, and be a key partner to sales and product as Prism scales.
Responsibilities
Leads a distributed team of approximately 15 engineers, analysts, and delivery specialists across Boise, Edinburgh, and India
