Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in site-based planning to develop a school model that supports the mission, beliefs, and goals of Emirates National Schools and continually improves learning for students.
- Leads site-based planning for KG, Primary, Boys, and Girls programs, ensuring individualized plans that meet or exceed academic standards and support advanced students in line with ENS mission.
- Provides school-site leadership in curriculum implementation, instructional strategy development, assessment design, and school improvement based on data analysis and research.
- Supervises and directs Kindergarten, Primary, and Boys/Girls school vertical curriculum and instruction articulation with multi‑grade teams.
- Establishes vertical staff articulation meetings with counterpart heads of school for seamless curriculum delivery and instructional planning under principal and campus director guidance.
