Job Description

Your role

Strategic People & Organizational Development:

  • Translate business strategy into a forward-looking people and organizational development strategy that fosters a high-performance culture.
  • Design and execute global initiatives to support ZEISS and MED Agenda 2030.
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to measure and enhance organizational performance.

    • Talent & Leadership Development:

  • Take overall responsibility for the strategic deployment and continuous development of the global MED talent pipeline.
  • Partner with executive leaders to identify, develop, and retain talents across different leadership levels.
  • Support leaders and HR Business Managers in identifying skills gaps, defining career paths, and creating impactful development plans, leveraging modern learning and development methods.
