RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full accountability over the department, the buck stops with you. From performance, team recruitment, management and training, client escalations and the profit and loss of the channel.
• Managing day-to-day client campaign performance, including brief responses, campaign set-up, optimisations, KPI tracking and budget delivery.
• Leading day-to-day client relationships from planning to presentations when required.
• Elite performance marketing capabilities and process development to achieve best practices.
