Role Purpose:

To lead the full lifecycle of my client's solar farm projects, including:

• Feasibility and site/land coordination
• Regulatory approvals and licensing (LSS, PPA, EIA/SIA)
• EPC contractor management and construction execution
• TNB grid connection and commissioning
• O&M readiness and long‑term plant performance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Development & Regulatory
   • Lead the full project execution roadmap.
   • Coordinate land readiness, site access, landowner matters, and local authority requirements.
   • Oversee feasibility studies, solar resource assessments, technical due diligence, EIA/SIA coordination, and project risk reviews.
   • Drive progress on LSS licence applications, PPA negotiations, grid connection approvals, and all relevant submissions to authorities, TNB, SEDA/ST, and other stakeholders.
