Head of Operations – Law Firm
A growing San Francisco–based law firm is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee firm operations and support continued growth. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role responsible for managing administrative and legal support teams while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee firm operations across administrative and legal teams
Manage HR, payroll, hiring, and team development
Support attorney growth and firm scalability
Serve as a forward‑facing partner to attorneys and clients
Lead operational alignment, client onboarding, and internal processes

Role Details:
Salary: $175,000–$215,000
Salaried, quasi‑executive role
Mostly in‑office (Bay Area preferred)
