The Head of Operations is accountable for the overall BAU–related activation programs in particular areas of assignment. He/ she is mainly responsible for managing and ensuring its execution and implementation are in accordance with the service level agreements or parameters as required by the client.
Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Marketing or Business Management.
Experience: At least five (5) years of solid work experience in Activation, Sales, or Marketing Services, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Computer literate, Proficiency in MS Office applications.
