Head of New Business Sales Logistics
The purpose of the Head of New Business Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and executing the organisations new business development strategy. This role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and securing new clients, markets, and opportunities while building a high-performing sales team. The Head ensures sustainable business growth through strategic planning, strong pipeline management, and developing long-term customer relationships, while aligning sales initiatives with the companys overall goals and objectives.
1. Contribute and take ownership of the development of the divisional strategy with particular focus on the market requirements, and sales element of the strategy
2. Lead new business sales team to ensure that new business targets are met
3. Contribute to the development of appropriate pricing strategies through market intelligence and client profitability analysis
