Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a high‑performing SME Sales Manager to undertake account management responsibilities and supervise Account Managers. The role involves managing relationships with clients and guiding account personnel.

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a team of SME Account Managers
• Objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of account managers
• Strong funnel management for the account team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that broadens account coverage and ensures Maxis strong presence
