We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Manufacturing to lead and manage operations across our three low voltage cable manufacturing plants in Faridabad. This leadership role is critical to ensuring high productivity, consistent quality, and efficient resource utilization. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of low voltage cable production processes and a proven ability to lead multi-plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations across 3 cable production units.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
• Drive alignment of manufacturing goals with business objectives and customer requirements.

Production & Process Management

• Oversee the entire cable manufacturing lifecycle: copper drawing, stranding, extrusion, insulation, sheathing...
