Purpose

This role will lead Power Integrations’ Manila Development Center as the company’s primary hub for Product Definition, Product Applications and Technical Capability Development. This role ensures Manila operates as a high-impact, application-driven organization that translates customer and system requirements into product direction while building deep technical capability and enabling seamless execution across Business Units and global development teams.

Core Responsibilities

Product Definition & Applications Leadership

  • Establish Manila as the center of excellence for:Product definition (NPD/roadmap inputs)System and product applications engineering
