Role Overview

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing liquidity strategy across digital asset and FX markets in LATAM, ensuring efficient market access, strong execution quality, and robust liquidity coverage across trading products. The successful candidate will work closely with Trading, Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and Technology teams to support the firm’s institutional trading business. We cover stablecoins, on/off ramp and cross-border payments as well. Candidates with relevant experiences will be prioritized.
