* Partner with the Chief Legal Officer to provide legal advice and guidance to the Health NZ Board and Executive Leadership Team.
* Lead and develop the Health NZ legal function as a national centre of excellence across all of its national functions and regions and districts.
* Oversee external legal services and manage legal risk across Health NZ.
