Job Description

Our team in Essen currently has an opening for a Head of Learning Academy Brenntag Essentials (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsiblefor the formulation of strategic curriculum goals and set the overall learningdirection for the functional skills needed in areas such as ‘LMSO GM’, ‘SupplyChain’. Drive the continuous development of learning products and services toachieve the desired skillset for employees in line with Brenntag Strategy.

Keyactivities & responsibilities :

  • Workclosely with senior management to develop and analyze emerging industry trendsand related skillsets
  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner tobusiness leaders, providing advice on emerging academic and industrydevelopment, trends and propositions
