Job Description
This position leads and oversees the activities of entire National Key Account Management Unit. The position is primarily responsible in leading a team of Key Account Managers in the achievement of their monthly and annual objectives in Sales, Forecast, Accounts Receivable (AR), Returns and Customer Call. The position is also responsible in coaching and mentoring as well as ensuring a well‑trained and highly motivated team. The position also leads the business development strategies and implementation and ensures that all business partners are catered for and that their needs and expectations are met by the business.
