Role Summary

Reporting to the Chief Investments Officer, the Head of Investment would be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of the organization’s investments

Job Responsibilities

Prioritized responsibilities of the Head of Investments include the following:

• Guide strategic decision-making regarding investments and portfolio allocations

• Oversee the full lifecycle of investment transactions from deal sourcing to exit

• Lead comprehensive due diligence (financial, legal, technical, ESG) on prospective investments

• Build and lead a high-performing team to originate, analyse, structure, close, manage and exit investments

• Ensure alignment with governance frameworks and internal investment policies
