Responsibilities
Supervise a multi-disciplinary team, providing guidance and training to ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain quality of care, aligning with relevant regulations and standards, while measuring health outcomes. Manage the administrative duties across various departments, including Nursing, Admin, Operations, and Volunteer Management. Assist in the recruitment and training of new hires, as well as the ongoing development of existing staff. Collaborate on resident and client social well-being, working closely with the social work team and relevant agencies. Supervise overall home maintenance and coordinate activities with the administrative team. Prepare mandatory reports and ensure timely submissions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
