We are looking for a Head of Growth to help us take a fast‑growing brand to the next level - and triple the business. We’re a 7‑person team building a beauty brand focused primarily on make‑up. We already have strong products and a working acquisition model - now we need someone who can take us further and turn what’s working into a scalable system.
This is not a role for a manager of managers. We’re looking for someone who builds the engine and is hands‑on enough to run it while doing so. You won’t have a narrow, fixed lane;
instead, you’ll operateacross functions as an analytical doer with strong marketing intuition and experience.
