Responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy, growth, and execution of the global payments business.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Data Analytics, and Technology.
• Define business priorities, product roadmap, operating models, and growth initiatives to drive business performance.
• Build and scale cross-border payment solutions, including collections, payouts, remittance, Fiat On/Off Ramp, and stablecoin payment products.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Compliance, Risk, and external partners to support market expansion and customer growth.
• Oversee payment operations, settlement flows, liquidity management, and service performance.
• Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance management processes across the organization.
