This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Geography teacher and current or aspiring middle leader to take ownership of a thriving Humanities department within an Outstanding Ofsted-rated school.

The Role

• Lead the Geography department across KS3-KS5
• Inspire students through engaging and high‑quality teaching
• Develop curriculum planning and assessment strategies
• Support departmental staff through coaching and development
• Raise attainment and maintain high academic standards
