ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance with a strong understanding of Cyprus financial and tax legislation to oversee the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will combine technical accounting expertise with strategic financial leadership, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term business planning, and will be managing Finance, Treasury, Reconciliation, and Analytics Depts.  WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Lead the consolidation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) across all entities within the holding structure.

Manage financial and management accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Cypriot and international standards (IFRS).

Manage and coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors in Cyprus.
