Responsibilities-

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Define and drive the overall financial strategy aligned with the company‘s growth and fundraising roadmap
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape business strategy through financial insights
• Control and evaluate the organization‘s fundraising plans, capital structure, and runway management
• Analyse and present financial reports and forecasts to the Board of Directors on a periodic basis

Investor Relations

• Own and manage investor relations build trust through proactive, transparent financial communication
