Job Description

1. Lead software engineering team by providing expertise in requirement gathering & analysis, solution design & documentation, and end-to-end technology delivery of business initiatives.
2. Analyze current technology trends, regional technology roadmap, and internal company's technology current state and design for future convergence and sustainability.
3. Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates.
4. Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments.

The Successful Applicant

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in front-end development, which must include programming languages like ReactJS and NodeJs, with 5 years of experience in leading a technology team.
