We’re looking for a Head of Engagement & Reward to lead our Engagement and Reward function for the next 12 – 18 months.
The substantive role is responsible for leading and delivering our people engagement and total reward strategy, ensuring it is inclusive, evidence-driven and future-focused.
This is an internal opportunity which will have some specific objectives based on the role profile. During the period of the internal opportunity the grade 3 role profile will be reviewed and advertised on a permanent basis.
