Role Summary:

The MD, Head of Employment Law International provides expert legal counsel and services for State Street’s Global Human Resources Department and the international group legal entities’ executive management. The role involves serving as an in-house subject matter expert, and recognizing evolving industry best practices and requirements, in these areas, including associated legal, regulatory and governance standards applicable to a global systemically important bank and its subsidiaries in its international geographies. The role is critical in effectively counseling human capital, legal and regulatory considerations and contributing balanced solutions throughout State Street’s global operations that align with its strategic priorities and global standards.
