The RoleThe Head of E-Commerce & Omnichannel will own the digital revenue stream across all online channels. This role will oversee platform performance, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation and digital merchandising. A key mandate will be integrating online and offline experiences to create a seamless omnichannel journey. The role will manage cross-functional teams across marketing, technology and operations. This position will also lead partnerships with marketplaces, payment providers and logistics partners. Profitability, scalability and data-driven decision-making will be central to the roleβs success.
