Your new role
The Head of Digital Transformation is responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation’s AI and digital efficiency agenda within the Transport Infrastructure business, with a strong focus on Rail and Highways operations. Working closely with a range of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of frontline operations, they will identify opportunities for digital and AI‑enabled improvement, leadingplex transformation initiatives end‑to‑end, standardising and optimising processes, and driving behavioural and cultural change to embed new ways of working.
