Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Transformation: Formulate and drive the Group’s digital transformation roadmap aligned with overall business strategies. Identify and implement digital solutions to support REID core operations (e.g. digital twin, smart facility management, BIM integration, IoT-based asset management). Champion adoption of emerging technologies (e.g. AI, Big Data, RPA, cloud, mobility) to optimize value chain efficiency.
2. Platform & Technology Development: Oversee the development and integration of digital platforms, applications, and tools to support project lifecycle from planning to delivery. Evaluate and select suitable digital solutions and vendors aligned with Group IT architecture. Ensure seamless integration of legacy systems with new digital platforms.
